Following a 360-degree feedback survey, I enlisted Sandra's help to address improvement points regarding direct reports. To this end, Sandra conducted a number of interviews with myself and my direct reports. From these, we distilled several shared interests which we discussed as a group. We were also able to fill in the unclear frameworks that emerged from the conversations. Sandra continued to support me with the progress of the group process as a sparring partner, where she gives her vision on my way of leading and communicating based on her broad knowledge and experience.

Sandra quickly gets to the core of problems. Our conversations were therefore very enriching. We started to tackle my problem statement; "how I as a leader can get certain things done with more personal balance" in a schematic way.
