About Sandra
Over the past 20 years, Sandra has advised numerous for-profit and non-profit organisations on people, leadership and change. She has also coached and trained hundreds of leaders, professionals, and teams on their paths to personal leadership.
During her assignments, Sandra gets to the bottom of things to find the best solutions. The ultimate goal is to have the real conversation in which a substantial difference can be made to the entire organisation. In doing so, she does not shy away from a difficult situations and highlights what others try to avoid. This is why her clients often describe her as sharp-minded, resourceful, energetic and forthright.
Sandra holds a Master’s degree in Leading Innovation and Change from York St John’s University (UK) and an HRM Bachelor’s degree from the Hogeschool van Amsterdam. In addition, she has taken courses in cognitive behavioural science; the Post Bachelor in Developmental Coaching® by Rudy van Damme, System Dynamics in Organisations by the Bert Hellinger Institute and NLP. In addition, Sandra is a certified MBTI and Belbin trainer.
