Why work with me?
For more than 25 years, I have been working on the cutting edge of organisation and people development. From various roles, including Head of HR, interim HR and Change manager, process supervisor and management consultant, I advised numerous organisations on changes in the HR strategy and policy, leadership development, organisation structure and culture. From my own agency Innerchoice (2002-2017), I trained and coached hundreds of professionals on their path to personal leadership.
You’ve got to love the elephant
I get along really well with the elephant in the room. My clients appreciate that I am not afraid to tactfully name what others are trying to avoid and flawlessly touch on sore points.
A lot of talking takes place within organisations. However, most conversations circle around the essence. As an external partner, I like to quickly get to the point without losing sight of the essence. To get the highest result possible, I ask for the involvement, ownership and pro-activity of my collaborating partners. They often describe me as accessible, resourceful, energetic and indeed .. to the point.
From the classroom
I hold a Master’s Degree in Leading Innovation and Change from York St John’s University in England and a Bachelor degree in Personnel and Labor from the University of Applied Science in Amsterdam. In addition, I followed a wide range of courses on the psyche and behaviours of people within organisations, such as the Post Bachelor Developmental Coaching®, Systemic Work, TA and NLP. I am also a certified MBTI and Belbin trainer.
